Account & Registration
* Do I need to register to place an order? No, you can place an order as a guest without registering. However, registering allows you to track your order history and access your information more easily.
* How do I register? Click “Create Account” in the top right corner of our website.
* I forgot my password. What do I do? Click “Forgot your password?” on the login page and enter your registered email address. We’ll send you a password reset link.
Ordering & Payment
* Can I remove items from my shopping cart? Yes, you can remove items from your cart before placing your order. Once the order is submitted, you cannot remove items.
* Can I modify or cancel my order?
* Unpaid Orders: You can modify and re-submit unpaid orders.
* Paid Orders: You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of payment. After 24 hours, please contact customer service at [email protected] for assistance.
* Do you offer custom-made items? No, we do not currently offer custom-made items. All items are as displayed and described on our website.
* Can I change the information (color, size, address, shipping method) on a paid order? We can only make changes if the order hasn’t shipped. Please contact us at [email protected] as soon as possible with your request.
* What payment methods do you accept? We use PayPal to process payments. You can use credit cards, debit cards, PayPal Wallet, bank accounts, e-checks, and any other payment method supported by PayPal. We also accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, and Maestro credit/debit cards.
* How is my payment information secured? We do not directly process or store your payment information. All payment processing is handled securely through PayPal.
* Why is my refund sometimes less than the original price? If you received a discount on your order, your refund will reflect the discounted price you actually paid for each item.
Shipping & Handling
* Where does my order ship from? Our main fulfillment center is located in China.
* Which delivery companies do you use? We use reputable carriers such as DHL, UPS, USPS, and Postal Mail.
* How much does shipping cost? Shipping costs depend on the weight and destination of your order. You can view the exact shipping fees during checkout. We offer free standard shipping on orders over $49.
* Are there any additional fees or taxes? In most countries, customers do not need to pay import fees, duties, or VAT. However, some European countries may require you to pay duties or VAT according to their local regulations.
* Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO/AFP military addresses? We can ship to these addresses via standard shipping (approximately 2 weeks for delivery). For expedited shipping (approximately 10 days), please provide a physical address.
* How do I track my order? You’ll receive an order confirmation email after placing your order. You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and navigating to “Account > Order History.” Once your order ships, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number.
