Order Cancellation
Ensure all details like size, color, quantity, recipient, and shipping address are correct before payment. Changes are difficult once the order is placed. To cancel, email [email protected]. Orders cannot be canceled after shipping.

Returns Policy
Contact us within 14 days of receiving items for returns. Bikinis, Tankinis, One-Piece Swimwear, and Lingerie are non-returnable. Items must be unused, in original packaging. Worn, damaged, washed, or altered items are not accepted. Contact Customer Service before returning; items sent without prior contact or to the wrong address will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are your responsibility. Refunds are processed after receiving the package: 2 days for PayPal, 7 days for credit cards. For international returns, mark as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid Customs charges. Refunds are processed through the original payment method unless otherwise agreed. We may deduct depreciation for used or damaged items.

To return:
1. Contact Customer Service via your account or email [email protected], specifying items and reasons for return.
2. Receive a return address from Customer Service within 24 hours.
3. Securely pack items in original packaging with the provided return address.
4. Drop off at your local post office.

Upon receipt, we will process an exchange or refund per our policy.
